ITV Weather Presenter Becky Mantin

I worked on a photoshoot with the beautiful ITV Weather Presenter Becky Mantin and with ITV Press Photographer Jon Cartwight a couple weeks back in London...Becks and I have been friends since our days at Anglia Television together in Norwich, so we all had an absolute blast.

We were shooting in Jon's amazing apartment and studio opposite the London Eye.

Look Good Feel Better

I'm attending my first session working with an amazing cancer charity called 'Look Good Feel Better' at Maidstone Hospital in Kent today. The charity teaches women going through chemotherapy how to combat the visible signs of treatment using skin care and makeup products and by the end of the session the ladies should all feel wonderfully pampered and will leave looking really lovely.

The Thompsons

So it's been a while since I updated my blog...I've been busy working on a new movie called The Thompsons, directed by THE BUTCHER BROTHERS Mitch Altieri and Phil Flores. The Thompsons is a sequel to an American cult horror called the Hamiltons (released in 2006). The cast and crew are amazing to work with, I'm loving every second, but you know, what with all the towelling down of hot sweaty actors on set and cleaning of fake blood from their torsos, frankly I'm exhausted!!:)

Fish Pedi Experience!

So whilst at the Sarah Mayhew Spa & Hair Salon last week http://www.sarahmayhewspa.co.uk/ I decided to try out a Fish Pedi...OMG! Once I totally relaxed my feet it was really fun - but the second I tensed up my toes the harder the fish nibbled!! Eeek!

Wedding Belles Cont...

It is such a privilege as a hair and makeup artist to be a part of someone's wedding day, to be there for all of the excitement and last minute nerves and so rewarding to witness the moment that the bride is transformed, about to walk down the aisle looking radiant with glowing hair, beautiful skin, her stunning dress and with a sparkle in her eye.

For me it is a real honour to be part of such an intimate occassion.

As promised here are some wedding photos...

The first images are from the wedding of my gorgeous friend Lai and her lovely new husband Les.

Not only did they have a stunning English style wedding but two days later they had an incredible Chinese wedding ceremony involving a 10 course banquet with Chinese Lion dance in the streets of Soho!

How happy do they both look together!
